How long until I am approved?
Usually within 48 hours. Your application page updates by itself, and when you are approved it opens a welcome screen with a button to your Creator Studio.
Why was my application turned down?
The usual reasons are a blurry ID photo, a bank account name that does not match the ID, or a wrong account number. The status page says which, and you can apply again straight away.
Why can I not withdraw all my coins?
Only coins that fans bought with real money can be cashed out. Free and bonus coins can be spent on Afrobox, but not withdrawn. The minimum withdrawal is 100 coins.
When do I get my money?
After the Afrobox team checks the request. It shows as Pending, then Paid. Expect a short review, not an instant transfer. Each withdrawal has a TZS 500 fee.
Do fans pay every month automatically?
No. Packages never renew by themselves. Fans renew when their access ends, so remind them in your posts and stories before it does.
Can I go live from the website?
No. Live streaming is only in the Afrobox app for iPhone and Android. Subscribers whose package includes live access can watch.
Can I sell a single post?
Pay-per-view is coming soon. For now, put exclusive posts behind your subscription packages.
Can I change my bank account?
Yes. Go to Settings, then Creator, then Payout account. Pick the bank, enter the account number and save.
Someone is bothering me. What do I do?
Use the report action on the post, story or reply, and block the account. Blocked accounts are listed in Settings, where you can unblock them later.
